AI Discovery Group publishes Invoice Table for independent bookkeepers and small firms that receive invoices in mixed layouts and need a controlled way to prepare a review table. The product is built around a simple distinction: extracting words from a document is only the first step. The useful work is checking dates, amounts, duplicates, currencies, and missing fields before a row is used anywhere else.
What the product does
The free browser workspace turns selected PDFs, supported images, pasted invoice text, and supported text files into editable records without sending the source content to Invoice Table. It creates formatted Excel workbooks, CSV files, and JSON files on the user’s computer. Each workflow keeps exceptions visible and preserves the source filename for comparison.
What it does not do
Invoice Table does not approve invoices, initiate payments, post transactions into an accounting system, or replace a bookkeeper’s review of the source document. It is software for preparing review material—not accounting, tax, audit, legal, or payment advice. Product, privacy, connection, export, and billing questions are handled through the contact form.
