A PDF-to-Excel converter can give you rows. It cannot tell you whether a duplicate slipped in, a date is impossible, or the detected subtotal and tax fail to match the total. Invoice Table makes those checks visible before export.

Before you use client files
Can I try Invoice Table without requesting access?
Yes. Open the free browser workspace and check up to five PDF, image, or text invoice documents per batch. No account or card is required.
Does Invoice Table upload invoice files?
No. The browser workspace processes selected invoice files on your device. Their contents are not sent to Invoice Table, and nothing is posted to an accounting system.
Can Invoice Table export to Excel?
Yes. The browser workspace creates a formatted XLSX workbook with an invoice review sheet and summary, as well as CSV and JSON.
Does it post directly to QuickBooks or Xero?
No. It creates accounting-style CSV files for review. It does not authenticate to or post into an accounting account.
How are uncertain records handled?
Missing fields, unusual totals, invalid dates, duplicates, and unreadable documents are marked for review or blocked from accounting-style exports. Every row still requires source review.
