Invoice Table terms of use

Effective October 10, 2026. Invoice Table is sold and supported by AI Discovery Group.

Permitted use

You may use Invoice Table only with documents you own or are authorized to process. You are responsible for the source files, corrections, exports, and decisions made from the output.

Human review required

Invoice Table prepares review material. It may miss, misread, or misclassify information. Every extracted field and export must be compared with the source before it is used. An internally consistent total does not prove that an invoice is legitimate.

No professional advice or automatic posting

Invoice Table does not provide bookkeeping, tax, audit, legal, payment, or accounting advice. It does not make payments or automatically post records to an accounting system.

Paid plans

Paid plan price, billing period, included allowance, renewal, cancellation, refund, and support details are shown before checkout. A purchase does not expand the product beyond the capabilities listed for that plan.

Availability and changes

The service may change as file coverage, validation rules, and platform requirements improve. AI Discovery Group may suspend abusive or unsafe use and may limit access when needed to protect the service or other users.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Invoice Table is provided without a guarantee that every document will be readable or every field correct. You remain responsible for reviewing all output and maintaining backups of source files and exports.
