What every plan is built to do

Invoice Table preserves the source filename, separates totals by currency, checks common dates and subtotal-plus-tax arithmetic, and keeps likely duplicates or invalid records visible for human review. It does not approve invoices, make payments, or post records directly to QuickBooks or Xero.

Which plan should a bookkeeper choose?

Use Free to evaluate the workflow with up to five documents in a browser batch. Solo is designed for one bookkeeper processing up to 250 documents per billing month. Practice is designed for a small firm processing up to 1,500 documents per billing month. Start with the free workspace to confirm that your invoice layouts and review process fit the product.

Pricing questions

Can I use Invoice Table before paying?

Yes. The free browser workspace does not require an account or card and supports up to five PDF, image, or text documents per batch.

Does a paid plan remove the review step?

No. Every extracted value and export still requires comparison with the source invoice. Paid plans increase monthly allowances and add accounting-style export options.

Does Invoice Table connect directly to accounting software?

No. Invoice Table prepares files for review. It does not authenticate to or post entries into QuickBooks, Xero, or another accounting system.

Try the workflow before choosing.

Open a small batch, review the flagged rows, and export the result.
